Management Committee
- The Organisation is incorporated and managed by a team of parents who together comprise the Management Committee.
- The Committee must comprise of no less than 75% of parents with children attending our services, and up to 25% of interested people from within the community and/or parents with children on the waiting list.
- Office bearers and Committee members are elected every year at the Annual General Meeting.
- Meetings are held at 7:00pm on Wednesday of week 5 of each term, via Teams/ Zoom with our yearly AGM is held in person at one of our Services. (Childcare can be provided, if organised in advance)
- Although the Parent Committee manage the Organisation they must adhere to the guidelines set out for out of school hours care by the:
- Department of Community and Justice
- Department of Education (DET)
- Department of Social Service (DSS)
- Early Childhood education and care Directorate (ECECD)
- The National Quality Framework.

If you would like to join the Parent Committee, please speak to your Service Coordinator who can help you through the process.
Please Note.. the dates and times of meetings may change if needed by the Committee to ensure we have a quorum, therefore it is advisable that you contact our Manager Jessie via email jessie@activitycentres.com.au if you would like to attend any of our meetings.
RSVP should be at least 24 hours prior to each meeting so Jessie can inform you if there has been any changes to time or date of any meetings.
